Equity Communications, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies (“Company”) will conduct contests substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

To Qualify As A Contestant 

Contestants must be 16 years of age or older. The person who will be flying in for the holidays or flyinig out for the holidays, must be 16 years or older. If winner is a minor, an adult must sign for them.  Proof of age and valid driver’s license or state issued ID required

How to enter

Complete and submit official contest entry form at WZXL.com. One registration will be accepted per email address and per household.

How to Win

A team of judges and station personnel will collectively vote on their choice as a winner. The story with the most votes will win based on their truthful and heartfelt story and ability to fly in (or fly out) during the time frame allotted. Winners will be notified by email or phone. No purchase necessary. PLEASE NOTE: ALL PRIZES ARE IN THE WINNER’S NAME ONLY.

The Prize(s)

• 1 of the following:
• Roundtrip Airfare for TWO TO either Atlantic City International or Philadelphia International Airport within the continental United States, Spa Day at Ballys and $500 Visa Gift Card .

• Roundtrip Airfare FOR TWO FROM either Atlantic City International or Philadelphia International Airport within the continental United States and  $500 Visa Gift Card .
  
  

Restrictions/Requirements/Conditions/Disqualifications

• Employees of Equity Communications, or other participating sponsors, their agencies, agents, assigns, clients and immediate families are not eligible to enter.  The term immediate family includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws”, or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s) adoption, co-habitation or other family extension and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

• One winner per household. Must be at least 12 years old to win. If winner is a minor, an adult must sign for them and take responsibility of accompanying child to receive prize.  

• Must be able to come into radio station offices on Tuesday, December 13^th if chosen as winner: Bayport One, suite 100, 8025 Black Horse Pike, West Atlantic City, NJ 08232 during normal business hours, Monday -  Friday, 9am-5:30pm. During weeks leading upto or after  holidays, the office hours may change. Please call 609-484-8444 for confirmed station hours during these special holiday weeks.

• Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash and not exchangeable for any other prize. Prize must be redeemed during the time frame put forth, anytime from 12/23 – 12/31/12. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Equity Communications reserves the right to determine an alternate winner.

Taxes/Fees/Other Expenses

All federal, state and/or local laws, rules and regulations apply.  Winner may be required to sign Company release and disclaimer forms in addition to Federal Tax Form W9.  Once accepted, prizes cannot be revoked/returned by winner to avoid tax obligation. Some or all taxes, fees and personal purchases may not be included and, as such, are the responsibility of the winner and can not be credited for cash value.
